Please check in 15 minutes prior to the start of your appointment. This will give you plenty of time to change and complete the client service form.

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we kindly request 24 hours notice. If you do not honor your appointments or cancel with less than 24-hours notice, you may be charged a cancellation fee. We also require a minimum of 24 hours to cancel in order to avoid a charge of 25% of the services booked. No show appointments will be subject to a cancellation charge of 25% of the services booked

It’s possible we may have to shorten or reschedule your appointment. If your treatment is shortened, it will end on time so that the next guest will not be delayed. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you may be subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the total price of services booked.
